Moxie Trail (“we”, “us”, “our”) is owned and operated by Mine Marketing LTD, a company registered in Tel Aviv, Israel. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use moxietrail.com, what we do with it, and what your rights are as a visitor. We try to keep this document plain-English. Information you give us. When you submit a comment, contact form, or newsletter signup, we collect the name and email you provide. We do not collect what you do not give us.

This information is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used.

Moxie Trail displays advertising served by Google AdSense and may include affiliate links from networks such as Amazon Associates, Booking.com, and similar travel programs. Comments and the data submitted with them are kept indefinitely so that follow-up comments can be approved. Contact form submissions and newsletter records are kept until you ask us to delete them. Analytics data is retained for up to 26 months in line with Google Analytics defaults.

Children

Moxie Trail is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top and, where appropriate, notify subscribers. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
